I’d like to pledge a thankyou to my incredible brother and thank him for the unwavering love, strength, and devotion he has shown while supporting his teenage son through the life changing journey of recovering from a brain injury over the past couple of years.

No parent is ever prepared to watch their child face such unimaginable challenges, yet he has met every obstacle with extraordinary courage and determination. Through the fear, heartbreak, uncertainty, and exhaustion, he has never stopped fighting for his son. He has been his rock, his protector, his biggest advocate, and his constant source of hope.

At the same time, he has continued to support and hold together the rest of his family, often putting their needs before his own. Even on the hardest days, when the weight must have felt unbearable, he has carried it with incredible resilience, compassion, and selflessness.

His love for his son is immeasurable, and the sacrifices he has made cannot be put into words. He is a true inspiration, and I couldn’t be prouder to call him my brother. Thank you for everything you’ve done, everything you continue to do, and for showing us all what unconditional love, courage, and strength really look like.
