The promotion is open to all residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland) who are 18+.

The promotional period opens at 00:00:01 on 1st July 2026 and closes at 23:59:59 GMT on 31st December 2026. Any entries received outside of these times will not be counted.

Carers UK is the nation’s leading charity for unpaid carers. They support, advocate, champion, and connect carers all across the UK, so no one has to care alone. 12,000 people become a carer every single day – many not even recognising themselves as such, resulting in thousands missing out on the support they need and deserve!

At some point in our lives, most of us will find ourselves caring for someone. Which is why Carers UK’s work is so important. For over 60 years, they’ve been making life better for carers, raising their voices together to call for change, and seeking recognition and support.

Regina have partnered with Carers UK since 2021, helping to raise awareness and champion the need for every carer to have a break.

Over the last five years, we've run several giveaways, given carers the chance to win a free break, and taken our support on tour at regional Carers Roadshows across the nation. We've also sponsored the charity's weekly Care for a Cuppa sessions: a space for carers to connect, share experiences, and find mutual support.

This year, we are also proud sponsors of The Carers UK Awards, an evening dedicated to celebrating unpaid carers.

Entry is strictly limited to one entry per person.

1. Visit wincarers.regina.uk.com
2. Enter your contact details, and the name of your nominated unpaid carer (with their permission).
3. Share your message of thanks for the unpaid carer you’re putting forward, with the option to upload an image with your submission.
4. Confirm your entry via email opt-in for the chance to win a prize for you and the unpaid carer you’ve put forward. Please note, you must click this link to be able to enter. Once verified, your submission will be reviewed and moderated before being formally entered into the prize draw.

Your entry should be a message of thanks or a personal anecdote about your nominated unpaid carer. This can be a short pledge of support, a message of thanks, a personal story, or an appreciation for someone who cares for you or others. There is a maximum word count of 450 words.

You do not need to enter again. Entry is strictly limited to one entry per person. If your valid entry is not chosen as a winner in the month you enter, it will automatically roll over into the subsequent monthly draws.

Winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw date. Be sure to check your spam/junk folders too!

Winners are picked each month through a random and verified process. If you don't win in the month you entered, your valid entry will automatically roll over into the subsequent monthly draws. When a main winner is drawn, their nominated carer automatically wins a prize as well, provided both parties successfully claim it within the required timeframe.

The winner and their nominated carer will be contacted by email within 7 days of the draw date. The winner and nominated carer will have 14 days from first contact to accept their prize and confirm their details. Both the winner and the nominated carer must claim their prize within the time stated above in order for the prize to be awarded and fulfilled.

Each monthly winner and their nominated unpaid carer can select one prize from the list below. The main winner and the unpaid carer do not have to choose the same prize.
