My wife is a carer for her 92 year old Mum, sadly on the road to Dementia. She works full time but still puts in 35 hours+ on care, and we have to live apart for half of the week. She makes sure the little things, like her Mums fave brand of food, or DVDs of her Mums TV shows are available – life's home comforts for stability and peace.

Our adult son is autistic so both households are a challenge, but my wife makes me smile and laugh every day – she is a good soul that deserves to be put No1 more often.
