You have put so much of your life on hold to care for me and our children. You are usually simultaneously is the role of both mum and dad. You do not stop from dawn till dusk. I see you and the sacrifices you make and you are so appreciated beyond measure. You never complain and have such patience and empathy. You do it without family support!

I would love for you to have more just for you. More time to rest and for self care, socialising, basics you need and everything you deserve.
